Why buyers look past BigMarker
Most BigMarker customers are happy: it rates 4.7 on G2 and 4.8 on Capterra, and its recent G2 reviews praise its ease of use and support. The reasons people do leave are narrower. Some hit glitches during live sessions:
“we've had a couple of audio issues, either extreme lag or no sound at all, as well as connection issues with certain presenters.”Jonathan D., BigMarker review on G2, February 2025
Others want more control over page design than the templates allow:
“There’s limited flexibility in customizing page templates on our own, which can slow things down when we’re fine-tuning webinar branding.”Verified User in Marketing and Advertising, BigMarker review on G2, November 2025
“The design interface can also feel a bit dated at times compared to newer webinar tools.”Aldwin C., BigMarker review on G2, October 2025
The rest is about buying. BigMarker publishes no prices and has no public sign-up, bills a year in advance by default, doesn't refund fees, and processes data mainly in the US. Teams that want to start today, pay monthly, or keep data in the EU look elsewhere.

When to stay with BigMarker
Stay if you run events above a few thousand live attendees, rely on evergreen or 24-7 webinars, produce broadcasts with RTMP, multiple cameras, or studio scenes, run in-person or hybrid events alongside webinars, sell tickets, or need a SOC 2 report. None of the alternatives here covers all of that, and reviewers rate BigMarker's support highly.
If you mainly need regular webinars for audiences under 3,000, with a price you can see and data kept in the EU, Livestorm is the closest fit. Read its full review record, critical reviews included, first.
