By Jean Luc Poitier, SEO and growth marketing strategist · Livestorm Reviews · Updated October 1, 2026 · Checked November 1, 2026 · From Livestorm's pricing page and help center

Livestorm's free plan is for trying the product. Its help center says free access "is intended for evaluation", and the limits match: 30 attendee credits for the whole year and events capped at 30 minutes. Paid plans start at $1,200 a year for 400 credits.

What the Livestorm free plan is good for

The free plan lets you set up to 10 events and run sessions of up to 30 minutes with a few colleagues or test attendees. That is enough to judge the parts reviewers praise most: how fast an event comes together and how attendees join from a browser. The help center also lists "No premium features enabled" without saying which features those are. It isn't enough for a real audience. Thirty credits a year is one small session, and a credit is used for each person in each session, live, on replay, or on demand.

“The free version was good for basic webinars, but it felt limited when I needed more flexibility or larger events.”Verified Reviewer (Communication Officer), Capterra, May 2026

What Livestorm Pro costs per attendee

Pro is priced by attendance. You buy a yearly pack of credits, and one credit is used when one person joins one session. No-shows and team members use none, and someone who watches live and then the replay of the same session counts once.

Pro packPrice a yearPer attendee
400 credits$1,200$3.00
1,000 credits$2,900$2.90
1,500 credits$4,125$2.75
2,500 credits$6,500$2.60
4,000 credits$9,600$2.40

A worked example: one webinar a month with 50 attendees uses 600 credits a year, more than the 400 pack, so you would buy the 1,000 pack for $2,900. Credits expire at the end of the year, so the 400 unused credits would be lost. Reviewers who like the product still find this hard to plan:

“The pricing model forces you to anticipate how many attendees you will attract and that's very difficult to estimate.”Ruth R., G2, February 2025

Enterprise adds 12-hour sessions, the native Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, and Microsoft Dynamics integrations, a dedicated customer success manager, and VIP support with an SLA, at a custom price. The HubSpot integration works on every plan, Free and Pro included. Full details are on our Livestorm pricing page.

When to move from free to paid Livestorm

  • Your sessions need to run longer than 30 minutes.
  • You expect more than 30 attendee-sessions in a year, across all events.
  • You want unlimited events and recordings, or more than 10 events.
  • You need Pro's integrations, or Enterprise's Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot syncs.

Before you pay, check the contract: Pro is billed once a year, renews on its own, and needs 90 days' notice to stop, with no refunds for unused credits. Our guide to cancelling Livestorm has the details.

Livestorm free vs paid FAQ

Is Livestorm free?+

There is a free plan with no credit card. It includes 30 attendee credits a year, events of up to 30 minutes, and up to 10 events, and Livestorm says it is meant for evaluation. Running webinars for a real audience needs a paid Pro or Enterprise plan.

How many people can attend a free Livestorm webinar?+

30 attendee credits cover the whole year, not one event. A credit is used each time a person joins a session live, on replay, or on demand, and once the credits run out new attendees can't join. Your own team members don't use credits.

Does Livestorm have a free trial of Pro?+

The pricing page's "Try it for free" buttons start the free plan; it doesn't describe a separate Pro trial. Ask sales if you need to test Pro limits such as 4-hour sessions.

How much does Livestorm Pro cost?+

Pro is sold as yearly packs of attendee credits: 400 credits for $1,200, 1,000 for $2,900, 1,500 for $4,125, 2,500 for $6,500, and 4,000 for $9,600, or $3.00 down to $2.40 per attendee. European visitors see euro prices. Enterprise is priced on request.

Can I pay for Livestorm monthly?+

No. Livestorm's help center says Pro and Enterprise are billed annually, and the plans renew every year unless you give 90 days' notice before the renewal date.
