Great for Creating Shareable Events with Custom Branding

It's very intuitive to set up new live or on-demand events using Livestorm. Pros: I like that we don't have to worry about uploading videos to YouTube after hosting an event to share it, nor create additional landing pages or forms to make an on-demand version. I also like how we can control branding on the signup page, add speaker information, and customize automated emails directly from the app. It is also great that attendees don't have to download additional software or run disruptive updates in order to join the webinar. Cons: The reporting within Livestorm is pretty minimal. For example, it would be great to run attendee reports with a date filter, so we can easily count how many people watched an on-demand webinar in a given month.

Swift and easy to use. It allows many interactions with the audience + give you different formats to try, adapted to what you want to do (workshop, webinar, etc.).

Inaccurate Captions, Limited Capabilities and Frequent Video Issues

What you would expect from a webinar hosting tool however there are lots of technical bugs and missing features. Pros: Can host a webinar Goes to different platforms (when it works) Lead capture and VOD Cons: Captions are consistently incorrect and change languages - these can't be edited so if someone is speaking with an accent you can forget accurate CC. Chat doesn't sync to recording Can't edit videos once uploaded Can't retrieve videos once uploads - ie, if the recording gets corrupted there's no backup or seperate file to reupload Transcription and AI summary is unable to identify individual speakers so getting quotes or an accurate overview of who said what is a lengthy manual job There are routinely issues with broadcasting over LinkedIn
