Why teams look past WebinarGeek

WebinarGeek is well liked. It rates 4.5 on G2 and 4.3 on Trustpilot from 255 reviews, most of them unprompted, and its recent reviewers praise how easy it is. The reasons people look elsewhere are mostly about fit. The most common request is more control over registration pages:

“The platform works well, but I'd love to see more flexibility in the registration page customization, especially with fonts and layout designs.”Verified User in Photography, WebinarGeek review on G2, August 2026

Integrations come next: HubSpot and Salesforce are paid add-ons on Premium, and some find the setup unclear. Teams with several hosts run into the seat model, since each extra user costs €10 a month billed yearly and each webinar running at the same time needs its own user:

“We also ran into pricing issues when trying to collaborate with other people.”Verified User in Consulting, WebinarGeek review on G2, September 2026

A few low-rated Trustpilot reviews describe technical problems during webinars, and larger buyers may need what WebinarGeek doesn't publish: ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification and SAML single sign-on.

“Microphone sometimes does not work on Chrome.”Not Happy, WebinarGeek review on Trustpilot, June 2026
