G2 ★★★★★Seamless Webinar Hosting with Engaging Tools
What they like: I use Livestorm primarily for hosting webinars, product demos, and virtual training sessions. I like its browser-based setup and built-in engagement tools that make large-scale presentations smooth and interactive. The seamless end-to-end management is what I like most, from registration pages to detailed post-event analytics. It makes hosting professional webinars and tracking participant engagement completely hassle-free. These features save our team hours of administrative work by automating repetitive tasks like sending reminders and compiling attendance reports. Being able to track engagement metrics lets us easily measure ROI and understand what resonates with our audience. The initial setup was very easy. What they dislike: I find the mobile experience could be smoother for attendees joining complex sessions. Expanding native integrations with a wider range of third-party CRM and marketing automation tools would make data syncing even more seamless for us.

G2 ★★★★★Reducing Webinar Coordination Complexity Through Automation
What they like: What I liked most about Livestorm was how it simplified virtual meetings, technical presentations, training sessions, and operational discussions without requiring complicated setup or software installation. The browser-based access reduced technical issues during client meetings and internal collaboration sessions, which made coordination smoother. Features like screen sharing, polls, chat, recordings, attendee analytics, and automated reminders helped keep webinars and project discussions organized in one platform instead of managing multiple separate tools. The integrations and automation workflows also reduced manual coordination effort and improved follow-up tracking after sessions. What they dislike: One limitation I noticed is that advanced customization options for branding, registration pages, and event workflows can feel somewhat restrictive for organizations requiring more flexible webinar configurations. Some advanced analytics, attendee limits, integrations, and premium features are also locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which may become expensive for teams conducting regular webinars or client-facing sessions. During larger meetings, I also experienced occasional lag or loading delays while switching screens or presenters. Reporting flexibility and deeper event analytics could improve further for more detailed operational analysis.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Effortless Virtual Events, Seamless Integration
What they like: I like that Livestorm focuses on simplicity and scalability for global B2B virtual events. Its one-click content repurposing feature is a game changer, as it automates the entire process of turning live sessions into on-demand assets without any manual post-event work. The live webinars, demos, or trainings are automatically recorded, encoded, and optimized for both web and mobile viewing. I love that these recordings are instantly saved to the Livestorm library with all the event context included, such as chat logs, poll results, Q&A threads, and slide decks, allowing attendees of the on-demand version to engage just like they were there live. What they dislike: Form logic is basic: no advanced conditional fields (e.g., “if attendee selects ‘Enterprise’ as company size, show a field for ‘IT contact name/email’; if ‘SMB’, skip it”)—a critical B2B need for capturing tailored lead data for sales follow-up.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Livestorm Makes Professional, Reliable Webinars Easy—With Powerful Automation and AI Insights
What they like: Livestorm makes it easy to host professional webinars and virtual meetings without requiring attendees to install any software. The browser-based experience is intuitive for both organizers and participants, while built-in features such as registration pages, automated email reminders, audience engagement tools, analytics, and CRM integrations streamline the entire event lifecycle. The platform performs reliably even for larger sessions, onboarding is straightforward, and the automation capabilities save significant administrative time. Its AI-powered features, including meeting summaries and insights, further improve productivity by reducing manual follow-up work. What they dislike: While Livestorm is easy to use, some advanced customization options for branding, registration flows, and reporting are more limited than those available in larger enterprise event platforms. Premium plans can become expensive as attendee limits and advanced features increase, making it less accessible for smaller organizations. I'd also like to see deeper integrations with additional business applications and continued improvements to AI-generated summaries to better capture highly technical discussions.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Seamless, Browser-Based Webinars with Strong Engagement Tools
What they like: What I like best about Livestorm is its ease of use and browser based approach. Participants can join webinars and meetings without downloading any software, which makes the experience seamless. The platform offers useful engagement features such as polls, Q&A sessions, chat, and audience interaction tools that help keep attendees engaged. I also appreciate the clean interface and the ability to manage webinars, meetings, and virtual events from a single platform. What they dislike: One thing I dislike about Livestorm is that some advanced features are available only in higher tier plans. For larger events, costs can increase quickly. Occasionally, performance may vary depending on participant internet connectivity, although this is common across most webinar platforms.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Seamless Virtual Meetings, Easy Setup
What they like: What I like most about Livestorm is its simplicity and ease of use. It allows participants to join meetings directly from a browser without requiring complicated installations. I also appreciate the clean interface, reliable audio and video quality, and the smooth experience it provides. This feature saved our time and reduced friction for both hosts and participants since meetings can be joined directly from a browser. There's no need to download software or troubleshoot installation issues, which makes it easier for everyone to attend on time. This is especially valuable when working with remote teams, clients, or candidates who may be using different devices or operating systems. The simplicity of joining and managing meetings helps keep the focus on the discussion rather than the technical setup, resulting in a smoother and more productive experience. What they dislike: One area that could be improved is providing more detailed engagement analytics and making some advanced settings easier to discover for new users. Having additional customization options for meeting layouts and notifications could further enhance the user experience. However, these are relatively minor points and the platform generally provides a smooth and reliable experience.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Streamlined, User-Friendly Webinar Solution
What they like: I use Livestorm for hosting virtual meetings, webinars, and team collaboration sessions with clients and internal teams. It helps streamline online communication through features like screen sharing, recording, attendee management, and analytics. What I like most about Livestorm is its ease of use and all-in-one approach for webinars and virtual meetings. The clean interface, browser-based access, and built-in engagement and analytics feature make it simple to manage events efficiently without needing extra tools. The clean interface makes it easy for both hosts and attendees to navigate sessions without much setup or training, which saves time during meetings and webinars. The browser-based access removes the need for software downloads, while the engagement and analytics feature track attendee participation, measure webinar performance, and improve future events. The initial setup was pretty straightforward with simple configurations. What they dislike: One area where Livestorm could improve is performance stability during larger events, as occasional lag or connectivity issues can affect the experience. The customization options for branding and event layouts could be more flexible, and some advanced features feel limited compared to other webinar platforms. Livestorm could improve offering more advanced integrations and deeper customization options for reports, branding and attendee experiences. Better performance optimization for large-scale events and more flexible pricing for smaller teams would also make the platform more accessible and valuable.

G2 ★★★★★Livestorm made our webinars more structured, but still has a few rough edges
What they like: In my role as CTO, I tend to look at tools from both a technical and operational lens, and Livestorm struck a good balance between the two. We started using it for product demos and occasional partner webinars, and the setup was fairly straightforward. I didn’t need to involve much engineering time, which is always a plus. The registration pages are flexible enough to match our branding, and the built-in email sequences saved us from wiring up a separate workflow in the beginning. What they dislike: That said, it’s not without friction. Some of the customization options, especially for deeper branding or more complex event flows, feel a bit limited unless you’re willing to work around them. As someone who cares about system flexibility, I did find myself wishing for more control over certain elements.

G2 ★★★★★Livestorm Makes Scheduling Team Meetings Simple and Convenient
What they like: I love Livestorm and how simple and easy it is to schedule and create team meetings! This is by far the most simplified and organized group call applications I have used! My favorite part is that you can access everything straight from a webpage rather than having to use an application it makes for extreme convenience! What they dislike: One thing i dislike about livestorm is the price of its service. For what you are getting it is pretty steep. This is something that is very important for marketing teams especially the one I am on and it sucks to have to spend so much just to get proper team meetings.

G2 ★★★★★Easy Setup and Clear Video Sessions for Diet Guidance and Online Consultation
What they like: i work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic and also do online consultation and small teaching sessions. Livestorm is easy to use in daily work. I did not face much confusion while setting up sessions, things are simple so I can focus more on explaining instead of going into settings. i use it for sessions where I need to explain diet or routine properly. Video and chat are easy to handle, so communication becomes clear. It has enough features but still does not feel heavy or too complicated. Sometimes while handling participants and chat, it feels smooth, so it does not create extra tension during session. Everything stays quite manageable. I use it as per need, not daily, but whenever I have to take a session or explain something, it works fine. Overall it fits in my work and does the job without much problem. What they dislike: i noticed is that sometimes joining or starting the session takes a few extra seconds, especially when everything is loading, so I have to wait a bit before starting. Also, when I schedule sessions, managing timings and small details needs a little attention, otherwise it can get slightly confusing. Not a big issue, just something I noticed in regular use.

Rated 4.5/5Intuitive and Engaging Webinar Platform
What they like: I use Livestorm for our team’s regular online meetings, and the screen sharing and automatic recording are totally hassle-free. It solves the problem of low audience engagement in online sessions with polls, Q&A, and chat features, making people more involved instead of just passively watching. The intuitive interactive features stand out for me during sessions. I can quickly collect audience feedback mid-webinar, and the Q&A section auto-organizes messages, so I don’t have to dig through messy chat to find questions—super efficient. Livestorm’s attendee registration and participation data syncs straight to HubSpot, so I don’t have to manually input info, which saves a ton of time on follow-ups. Its user-friendly interface and seamless replay features make it a total no-brainer to switch from what we used before. The initial setup was totally straightforward for a newbie like me. I didn’t even have to read the tutorial; the interface walks you through every step, so I got everything up and running in no time. It has always been a reliable tool for all our online activities. What they dislike: The branding customization options are pretty limited. I can’t tweak the event page or email templates to fully match my company’s brand colors and design style, which makes the whole setup look less cohesive.

Rated 4.5/5Effortless Event Management with Room for Improvement
What they like: I really value Livestorm's all-in-one event lifecycle management. It consolidates every step of planning, hosting, and following up on virtual events into one intuitive dashboard, eliminating the need for multiple separate tools like registration forms, video hosting, CRM sync, analytics, and recording storage. From creating a branded event landing page and registration form to hosting the live event with interactive features, to auto-generating on-demand recordings and syncing lead/attendee data to our CRM, it all happens within Livestorm without needing to switch tabs or manually enter data. This feature alone significantly reduces the effort required for hosting webinars and makes the entire process more efficient and streamlined. I also found the initial setup of Livestorm surprisingly fast and intuitive for our team. What they dislike: I find the restrictive layout controls in Livestorm frustrating, as there's no drag-and-drop freedom for rearranging elements, and layouts are locked into pre-set templates with minimal tweaking options. The basic design branding is also limiting, with a lack of custom CSS/HTML options and insufficient font choices, forcing me to settle for generic fonts that don't match our brand. Additionally, the simplistic form logic lacks conditional form fields and custom validation rules, which are important for capturing lead data effectively. Specific visual alignment issues like font lock-in and image formatting chaos disrupt our brand consistency, creating a disconnect between our event pages and other marketing materials.

Rated 4.5/5Streamlined Webinar Hosting, Professional and Engage
What they like: I like how easy and professional Livestorm makes online meetings and webinars. I love that participants can join without downloading complicated software, and that I can share my screen, slides, and even run polls or Q&A seamlessly. It makes virtual events interactive and keeps everyone engaged. The platform is smooth, reliable, and saves a lot of time compared to juggling multiple tools for video, chat, and audience interaction. What they dislike: Sometimes, the platform can feel a bit heavy on internet usage, which may affect video quality if the connection isn’t strong. I also wish there were more advanced customization options for branding webinars and automating follow-ups. Finally, managing very large audiences can be slightly tricky compared to some other webinar tools. These aren’t dealbreakers, but improving them would make the experience even smoother and more flexible.

G2 Rated 4.5/5the completely browser-based experience makes joining hassle-free
What they like: The single best feature is that Livestorm is 100% browser-based, meaning neither the host nor the attendees need to download or install any software, plugins, or applications. This is a massive relief because it eliminates the most common technical headache in hosting webinars: "I can't get the application to install." Attendees simply click the link and they are in, instantly. This simplicity translates directly into higher attendance rates for our marketing webinars and a much better first impression of our brand, as the user experience is smooth, fast, and entirely friction-free across all major operating systems and devices. What they dislike: While generally stable, Livestorm sometimes exhibits noticeable latency or video quality degradation when hosting large-scale webinars exceeding 500 or more simultaneous attendees. This inconsistency in streaming performance under peak load can negatively impact the attendee experience, leading to technical complaints and frustration.

G2 ★★★★★You feel at ease knowing that everything is under control
What they like: I got my first event organized in less than 15 minutes, complete with a registration page list, automatic reminder emails, and even my company logo. I was glad that I didn't have to install anything. Everything worked smoothly from the browser and didn't ask me to download anything strange. I liked how the tool made me feel like I was truly talking to the audience during the show. The live chat, polls, and questions section were so well put together that I felt like I was leading a conversation instead of just giving a speech. I once observed in real time how people answered a survey, and it affected what I was talking about. That dynamic was worth its weight in gold. I never worried that someone who wasn't invited would break into my account or steal my data. The accesses were apparent, and the system made me feel safe that everything was under control. What they dislike: The price could be a problem because even if it works great, the bill feels heavy when you start to handle a lot of guests.

Quick Setup: It supports quick creation of landing pages, registration forms, and automated email reminders, making it easier to get an event up and running without unnecessary hassle. G2 Rated 4.5/5Reliable, Browser-Based Webinar Solution
What they like: I like Livestorm because it's an excellent platform for hosting webinars and online meetings. The simplicity and reliability, particularly the browser-based access, make it easy for attendees to join without any installations. I really appreciate the interactive features like live chat, polls, Q&A, and call-to-action buttons that keep the audience engaged throughout the session. The detailed analytics and attendance reports provide clear insights into participant behavior. Also, the clean UI and smooth integrations with other tools make Livestorm stand out as a professional and user-friendly webinar platform. Using Livestorm with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and calendar applications creates a smooth workflow for event management and audience engagement. What they dislike: While Livestorm is a strong platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced customization options for branding and layouts feel limited. For larger webinars, performance can occasionally depend heavily on internet stability. Additionally, certain features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which may be restrictive for smaller teams. Enhancing customization flexibility and offering more value in lower plans would make the experience even better.

G2 Rated 4.5/5A great webinar platform!
What they like: - Easy to use - Connects with SFDC so we get real time analytics (very helpful!) - Easy to pull reports to look at the data in advance of and post event - Quick to setup once you've built templates - Good autoresponders once you've setup templates - Block feature is good too - so to stop any unwanted guests joining the webinar once they've registered! - All presenters can progress slides - not just the host (previously not possible with zoom) - Customer Success team are very responsive and provide regular comms/tips/documentation! What they dislike: - Moderator has to 'be on stage' and have the camera on in order to interact with the audience. Although this is a more human approach, there are times, we'd want the moderator to just be there as the voice rather than have the camera on the screen too. - Would prefer to be able to load powerpoint to the portal rather than PDF for slide presentation

What they like: I like that it is very intuitive and simple to use. Throughout my career I used many webinar tools, which were very clunky and just didn't offer a good experience for the user. Livestorm just does the trick! What they dislike: There are not many downsides, but one thing I wished they could do better is allow for more branding on the webinar page. G2 ★★★★★Everything that we need at a good price
What they like: Livestorm is affordable and has all of the features we need. We can easily add registration forms to our website, all webinars are automatically recorded – and in pretty good quality too compared to many of the other webinar tools I've used. Most importantly though, you can integrate Livestorm with Hubspot so all registrants are automatically added to your contact list, which is really important for us. What they dislike: Setting up a new webinar could be easier. It's not always clear what you have to do and fill out. You first need to create an event, and then add a session – I don't really get the point of that. But I guess that is a feature for when you host an event with multiple sessions, which we never do.

G2 ★★★★★User-Friendly Platform with Great Team Event Analytics
What they like: It’s very user friendly, I like the data analytics when viewing upcoming or past events from my whole team, and I like how easy it is to “navigate” the room when live during an event. What they like: I like that Livestorm is very user-friendly and makes hosting webinars and meetings simple. What they like: best aspects of the Livestorm application generally revolve around its ease of use, browser-based accessibility (no downloads required), and comprehensive built-in marketing features. G2 ★★★★★All-in-One Webinar Management with Smooth Browser-Based Joining
What they like: What I like about this Livestorm platform is that it makes webinars and virtual events way easier to manage right from the starting point of hosting to the finish. This platform covers registration pages, reminder emails, live hosting, chats, and recordings, and it provides complete event analytics all in a single place. This platform also feels more structured for webinars when compared with normal video meeting tools out there. I also specifically like how attendees can join meetings right from a browser, even without downloading the software. This makes the experience way smoother for customers, prospects and external participants. Their engagement tools are very useful because they help keep sessions interactive instead of making webinars feel like one-way presentations. What they dislike: Overall, their pricing might feel slightly high for smaller teams, startups and companies that host webinars only very occasionally. Some users may also want more flexibility in terms of branding, email customisation, layout or advanced event format. It is a very strong webinar platform, but if our requirement is very simple for an internal meeting, then it might feel more advanced than necessary. Their overall integration ecosystem should be widened as well.

G2 ★★★★★Easy-to-Use, All-in-One Browser-Based Webinar Platform
What they like: What I like about livestorm is its ease of use and clean interface. It makes scheduling, joining, and managing webinars or meetings very simple for both hosts and attendees. The browser-based platform is especially convenient since there’s no software to download, and the built-in features like registration pages, analytics, recordings, and audience engagement tools make it an efficient all-in-one solution. What they dislike: One downside of Livestorm is that some advanced features and attendee limits are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which can be expensive for smaller teams. Occasionally, browser performance can vary depending on the user’s device or internet connection, and customization options for branding or layouts can feel somewhat limited compared to other webinar platforms.

G2 ★★★★★Intuitive, Dependable Webinar Hosting with All-in-One Tools
What they like: What I like most about Livestorm is how intuitive and dependable it is for hosting webinars and virtual events. Because it’s browser-based, it’s very easy for both hosts and attendees to join without running into technical hurdles, which saves time and reduces friction. I also value the built-in tools such as automated email reminders, registration pages, and detailed analytics. Having everything in one place keeps the process centralized, so we don’t need to rely on multiple tools to run a single event. From a client-facing standpoint, it delivers a polished, professional experience, while still remaining straightforward to manage on the backend. What they dislike: One drawback of Livestorm is that several advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can start to feel expensive as your event volume increases. I’ve also run into times when customization feels somewhat limited, especially when I’m trying to tailor registration pages or emails to align with specific brand guidelines. The analytics are useful, but I’d like more flexibility when it comes to exporting and segmenting the data. Overall, it’s a solid platform, but there’s still room to improve pricing flexibility and offer deeper customization options.

G2 ★★★★★Effortless Webinars with Engaging Features
What they like: I love how Livestorm makes webinars feel effortless—no downloads, just click and join. The built-in polls, Q&A, and emoji reactions keep audiences engaged, and the real-time analytics help tweak sessions on the fly. Plus, it integrates smoothly with HubSpot and Salesforce, so leads flow straight into my CRM without extra work. Polls, Q&A, and emoji reactions turn webinars into two-way conversations, allowing me to gauge interest instantly and adjust content on the fly. The integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce automatically push attendee data and engagement scores into my CRM, saving hours of manual entry and allowing for personalized, data-driven outreach. Livestorm just makes everything easier. What they dislike: Honestly, Livestorm’s pricing feels steep for small teams, and the branding options are pretty limited unless you upgrade. Sometimes it lags on weaker connections, and I wish the analytics went deeper. Still, it’s solid overall. More flexible pricing for small teams or startups — right now it’s pricey. Deeper customization for branding (like custom layouts, colors, and email templates) without needing a top-tier plan. Stronger performance on low bandwidth— smoother video and less lag would help. Advanced analytics with more detailed engagement metrics and export options. Breakout rooms for smaller group discussions during webinars. Better integrations with more CRM and marketing tools out of the box.

G2 ★★★★★Effortless Webinars with Intuitive Interface and Seamless Integrations
What they like: What I like best about Livestorm is its ease of use and intuitive interface, which makes hosting webinars and virtual events simple. The platform offers seamless integration with popular tools like CRM and marketing software, helping streamline workflows. I appreciate its interactive features such as polls, Q&A, and chat, which keep audiences engaged. Livestorm also provides detailed analytics and reporting, enabling better insights into attendee behavior. Additionally, its browser-based access eliminates the need for downloads, making it convenient for participants. What they dislike: What I dislike about Livestorm is that its pricing can feel a bit high compared to some competitors, especially for smaller teams. The customization options for branding are somewhat limited, which can make it hard to fully align with company identity. Sometimes, there are minor delays in video quality or streaming stability during large events. Additionally, the analytics dashboard could be more detailed, offering deeper insights into engagement. Lastly, the integration setup for certain tools can take extra effort.

G2 Rated 3.5/5Easy to use webinar platform
What they like: It's easy to use and rely on it for all of our webinars (monthly). It takes less than 5 minutes to teach new users how to use the platform. It's intuitive and it has major integrations with all the tools we need (E.g. Hubspot). What they dislike: The quality of the on-demand recording. I wish I had the ability to export the on-demand recording in higher quality OR have each video (E.g. speaker video and presentation) be exported separately in high quality. We typically turn these videos into clips afterwards and if we don't center the video of someone speaking DURING the live webinar, we don't get nice footage for our clips.

G2 ★★★★★Webinars that feel professional from the first minute!!
What they like: Livestorm makes it easy for me to create seamless live events: registration page, email alerts, chat/Q&A, polls, and real-time streaming, all in the browser. Setup is streamlined, the analytics dashboard reflects attendance, retention, and engagement by session, while CRM/marketing integrations allow leads to be transferred to the team without the need for intermediary CSVs. It's clearly designed to work and measure, not just broadcast. What they dislike: The visual adjustment of pages can be limited if you're looking for a precise brand. During very high traffic peaks, the delay can fluctuate. And some comparative reports between events need to be exported for detailed analysis.

What they like: I like Livestorm because it allows me to conduct webinars with an intuitive and easy-to-understand interface. I appreciate the dashboard and the design of the window where the webinar takes place, which allow for ease of use for the team and improve engagement for participants. G2 ★★★★★Browser-Based Webinars That Cut Tech Issues and Drop-Offs
What they like: We like the best that the software is fully browser-based. It requires no software installation for anyone involved. By using this software for our webinar needs, we drastically reduced tech issues and drop-offs. What they dislike: The more we work with the tool, the more we realize that customization or better features, like analytics or segmentation options, require upgrades to an upper tier. I also appreciate that attendees can join with a single click and don't need to deal with any plugins or downloads, which simplifies the experience for everyone. G2 ★★★★★A comprehensive and reliable webinar tool with excellent customer service
What they like: What I appreciate most about Livestorm is the smoothness and user experience, particularly thanks to a modern and pleasant design. The tool offers a wide range of features that make managing and hosting webinars easier. The integration via iframe on our site is also a big plus, as it allows for good flexibility and direct interaction with our audience, who can register without having to leave our platform. What they dislike: One aspect that I find less convenient is the organization of webinars in the iframe, where they are sorted alphabetically instead of being arranged by date. This can sometimes cause confusion for visitors to our site, who might expect to see events in chronological order. A more flexible sorting option would be a real advantage.

G2 ★★★★★Great webinar platform!
What they like: Livestorm has been a game-changer for our webinars. Its user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to set up and manage online sessions, even for those who aren't tech-savvy. The platform's reliability during live broadcasts is impressive, ensuring smooth presentations and engagement with our audience. I particularly appreciate the interactive features like polls, Q&As, and chat, which significantly boost participant engagement. The analytics provided post-event are comprehensive and insightful, helping us continually improve our webinar strategy. What they dislike: There's room for improvement in their email capabilities. Specifically, the platform could benefit from more robust editing options for reminder and post-webinar emails. Currently, the customization options are somewhat limited, making it challenging to create highly personalized and branded email communications. Expanding these features would allow for better alignment with our company's branding and communication style, ultimately enhancing the overall attendee experience from invitation to follow-up.

G2 ★★★★★Pretty easy to intuitively use
What they like: Is easy to figure out how to log in, start a meeting, screenshare, view comments and questions. What they dislike: It's easy to switch screenshare to a new tab, but I wish I would get a warning that if I'm on a new tab it's not being screenshared. I have made that mistake like 10 times on my live webinars. I go to a new tab to show something new, and forget to click the button to share the new tab, and have no idea until like 5 min later someone comments "should we be seeing xyz still?" Also choosing backgrounds is a little glitchy. I usually have to leave and re-enter the meeting in order for my selected background image to propagate.

G2 ★★★★★Livestorm
What they like: The capability to efficiently oversee live polls throughout a webinar, negating the need for meticulous planning for every event. Our colleagues were able to seamlessly join the webinar as moderators to assist with chat while the primary presenters were "on stage," as Livestorm refers to it. The software made it simple for users to sign up and receive reminders to participate. This program satisfies every important requirement for what we require. What they dislike: Nothing that I especially disliked comes to mind. It would be convenient if the polls appeared clearly on the user's screen. Not all users noticed the pop-up and had to select the "polls" button in the bottom right corner, which is likely a configuration issue.

It feels very modernized with look and feel What they dislike: Doesn't offer a robust post-webinar follow-up - no surveys for NPS integrated. Drop-off viewing is also very limited soon right after the end of the event but quickly disappears. Sessions and events are a little difficult to navigate if only having 1 session

G2 Rated 3.5/5Very good for Live Webinars
What they like: The UI and UX is great. Almost everything can be found instantly and I'm not missing too many features. Also the integration into Hubspot is great. What they dislike: The price tag and scalability are the only downside for me. If you need to up the monthly rate but have paid for a whole year before, you need to book the new package for a whole year, too. Since we are only making a webinar every two to three months this doesn't scale for us very well.

G2 ★★★★★The best we have found for managing and running webinars
What they like: It's a great piece of software for many things, scheduling webinars with a nicely branded landing page and sign up. Running a webinar and being able to have chats, questions and polls all nicely laid out. Sending out the information from the webinar after it ends to all registrations. What they dislike: Sometimes we want to run a webinar where we can see participants, and rather it be a webinar where we present we want to have it as a round table discussion but have yet not found out how to do this.

What they like: The platform is intuitive, making it easy to create and manage webinars without a steep learning curve. The interactive features, like polls and Q&A, keep the audience engaged, and the detailed analytics provide valuable insights for improving our future events. What they dislike: The onboarding could be improved by providing more extensive guidance on how to use the platform's features and tools.

What they like: an intuitive interface for all members of our team who are not at all technicians. The service is robust and reliable, it has never caused us any problems during our many online events. What they dislike: The pricing may seem a bit high compared to other solutions, which can limit its adoption, especially for small organizations (business or association).

What they like: The platform is very user-friendly. I've used GoToWebinar and Zoom in the past and I always had some technical issues. I like the interface, the integration with the CRM and the high customization of the look and feel and brand. What they dislike: The pricing model forces you to anticipate how many attendees you will attract and that's very difficult to estimate.

What they like: Great webinar/events tool that we use for all of our webinars. Has the features that we need in a somewhat complex operation. Good customer support and help center. Easily integrates with the rest of our tech stack. What they dislike: Lacking some branding options on the actual event platform. Would be great to integrate the livestream as embed and not only required user links etc.

G2 ★★★★★Good platform which does what it promises
What they like: The ease of setting up virtual events and webinars & the automated email sequences. What they dislike: I believe a lot of work needs to be done on the design front. The vent page, registration page, the automated emails, neither have enough customisation options. What they like: Livestorm is a very user friendly webinar platform. I have used this for company, and customer webinars. It has worked great for our needs, and it has been my favorite platform I have used so far. I have tried/used at least 3 other webinar streaming platforms, and Livestorm gets my business for all needs going forward. What they dislike: Some of the buttons might not have a clear representation of what they do. What they like: There is a learning curve as with anything but it got so easy once I played around with it. Easy interface and lots of features is what I liked most. I especially like the handouts. What they dislike: Allowing users to "take over" is very risky but if managed correctly is great to have interaction. The camera functionality was a little weird. What they like: It has a clean UX, and the core features like chatting or asking and answering questions work okay. A nice touch is all speakers being able to change the slides themselves, or start/pause/rewind videos - this is quite cool and works well as well. What they dislike: When we tried to use a powerpoint file so that we can be more professional and have some animations, the presentation was lagging terribly bad. This forced us to export a PDF and lose all work we did on animations, it was quite a clunky experience. I think it is critical to improve the support for other file types.

G2 ★★★★★The best webinar platform we have found
What they like: Setting up and running webinars are made extremely smooth and pain free compared to other platforms. The analytical side of things is also very useful and allows to see which sources/mediums are driving registrations. We also find the on-demand functionality very beneficial and a good source of lead generation. What they dislike: Recently the support via live chat has been removed or made much less evident to find. We also a consistent issue with integrated our analytics and events with Google Analytics 4 which no has been able to assist us with, despite us raising the issue over 6 months ago, despite all the positives on the operational side this has been very frustrating and does mean we will reconsider when our subscription comes to an end.

G2 Rated 2.5/5GREAT Product, Terrible Strategy & Support
What they like: The product is incredible. The features are best in class and the experience for the end user is terrific. We run about 1,000 webinars a year, and this product allows us to run simulated live webinars effectively. What they dislike: The business has made a decision to charge by "unique registered users" instead of the industry standard "live attendees". It's a way for Livestorm to earn more money from enterprise accounts. If you run multiple webinars a day/week to large audiences, you're going to burn through that "unique registered users" limit real quickly and have to pay more for higher limits. The actual cost to webinar companies is tied to video bandwidth, which could easily be correlated to "live attendees" – which makes sense. But to charge based on "unique registered users" is highway robbery and completely irrelevant to the cost of the software.

G2 ★★★★★Great software, video quality and internet stability issues could be better.
What they like: The biggest upside is the event email flows. Scheduling them out is a valuable tool, you don't see on many webinar services. Not having to download LS is great too. What they dislike: We have a lot of rural panelists with slower internet connection speeds. Livestorm seems to require a fairly decent speed to maintain a connection. To hold a high-quality stream requires a panelist to have really fast internet. Greater than 50 MBPS download and 15 MBPS upload. This is from my experience not what LS advertises.

What they like: Livestorm is a very intuitive and easy to learn platform. The suport is great and the our accounts manager is always available to help us. It was really easy to implement this platform to our team. Another thing that I really appreciate is the quality of the articles explaining how the platform works, specially the integrations! What they dislike: There's two things that I dislike about live storm. First would be that we cannot create custom properties and add a translation to them when adding to a form. Since we work with multiple countries, it would be nice to have a single custom property to use everywhere. The other thing is integration (more specific Hubspot). I whish we could send more information to Hubspot, like custom fields! We tried to use zapier but we did not have success to send custom fields.

G2 ★★★★★Livestorm for office hours
What they like: It works for group office hours. It's nice that it's recorded. We use breakout rooms specifically for times when things shouldn't be recorded. Typically don't have any issues with lagging or cutting out. What they dislike: It's tricky to get the hang of at first. Often times, users are unsure of how to "participate." I haven't investigated too much to see if this is possible, but it would be nice if we could always have people from our own org be able to join certain events. We've gotten stuck multiple times where someone internal tries to join an event & we have to figure out how to get the event owner to add them. Would be great if we could reply to certain chats for everyone to see (as some sort of thread). Google sso doesn't seem to work on chrome. no errors either so it's caused me to be stuck for long amounts of time. Would be nice if I could modify recordings before they're sent out :(

G2 ★★★★★It's okay but it's no Zoom
What they like: It's fairly simply to use and I assume it's lower cost. All in all it works decently. I do wish they upgraded their servers. It seems laggier than most other solutions. What they dislike: It's not as fluid and clean as others on the market. I notice more choppiness in the videos of presenters than I typically do when I see webinars hosted with something like Zoom. It's not all the time, but it's sometimes. And it's not a bandwidth thing, I've seen the same presenters appear perfectly fine in Zoom but then choppy in Livestorm. I also don't think they do a great job with after webinar watching and aren't able to integrate into other systems very well.

G2 ★★★★★Decent webinar hosting platform
What they like: Livestorm is a very robust webinar tool that offers lots of customization options and add-ons to customize the webinar experience for your audience. The access to data about registrants and attendees makes it relatively easy to analyze webinar performance and identify areas for improvement after the fact. What they dislike: While its feature set is impressive, Livestorm is not the most intuitive platform to use. The internal event room experience can be jarring for team members who haven't used it before, as it's not clear that you aren't visible to outside attendees when you join the stage until you start the actual event. We've experienced a number of issues with configuring event sessions, most recently caused by an uncommunicated migration to a new plan that prevented us from configuring hosts on an existing webinar session. Thankfully, this happened during a recording session and not a live webinar – especially because support is not typically fast or reliable enough to help you with last-minute event issues. If you run into a problem right before an event is about to start, you may not hear back until it's too late. I also wish Livestorm offered more control over the display of team members during the presentation, including the option to show only the team member who is currently speaking.

G2 ★★★★★We have discovered loads of bugs, but the support is fantastic
What they like: Livestorm is the platform we use to host all our webinars. We have one weekly webinar that is pre-recorded, one monthly reoccurring webinar, and then we host quarterly webinars with influencers from the industry we work in. The support is fantastic! Elif and Sonya have been amazing - they even put up with us when we begin to lose it with the tool if something isn't working. They've provided us with useful tips and tricks to make the experience for us and our users smoother. As an example, our weekly webinars are pre-recorded, we thought the hosts had to 'go on stage' in order to start the webinar. Long story short, after getting support from Elif we now realise we can have this webinar as an on-demand option for users to watch when they want to, saving our team loads of time. What they dislike: We have discovered quite a few bugs, and to be honest, in the last month every time we log in it seems that we have to start a new live chat as we always have issues. There have been a few issues with exporting data and attendees. Often when myself or a colleague want to export data for one session of a reoccurring webinar, it exports the data from ALL sessions, which of course takes forever. There have also on occasions been issues and the data hasn't been exported at all. The biggest thing for us at the moment is the webinar replays. All registrants get sent an email once the webinar has ended. The last three webinars we've hosted, the replays don't work - meaning we've had loads of customers asking us why there's no sound and why the slides aren't changing. This is still ongoing. There was another issue when they were updating something on their end over the weekend. This meant that a landing page for one of our big webinars went down whilst we were promoting it on social media - hugely annoying. Giles apologised, but they didn't quite grasp how much of a loss this was for us. We got upgraded for one webinar for free, that was lovely for them to do, but it definitely has us worried about going forward.

What they like: Rather easy to use. Our speakers manage to go on stage easily We don''t have much technical issues The chat and question tabs are easy to find and use Easy to upload the recording and list of qestions/comments What they dislike: Our internal speakers change at each webinar and the biggest issue is : when a speaker has been a team member once, he can not register as a guest for our following events. What they like: Have used the application for over 2 years. Livestorm is a great webinar tool if you want simple branding customization, viewer analytics, easy registration management, and automatic mail reminders. The support team always readily helped solve technical issues. What they dislike: The pricing policy is based on the amount of hosts. I was completely appalled by customer service when we faced the simple issue of needing to switch host due to the resignation of our colleague. We were offered to either add another host, and pay double or wait until subscription renewal, wait a couple of days and change host, but still be charged a small fee. I informed them that I would not renew their subscription under such terms. However the service is so inflexible that they are willing to lose a customer over such a small issue. Livestorm display crashed just before one of our webinars and around 50% of our attendees couldn't see our presentation. In addition to the financial shortfall and a poor brand image for us, we have invested a lot of time in creating this webinar. We know bugs can happen and I think Livestorm seems good at preventing incidents (see their status page). However, we blame the poor customer support during and after the incident. They offered us a vulgar 12 euros compensation! (we've been using Livestorm for 2 years now). G2 ★★★★★Unclear difference between guest / business use, complex and expensive app

I organized a 1st roundtable as a test and thought i was in a free trial : after 15mn, Livestorm told me it could expel everyone in 5mn if I did not pay. I never had this information before. I found myself paying 120EUR to be a business user for a month whereas I am not convinced by the tool. - The app is complex to understand and requires to invest time to understand it. - For a roundtable, the question system is complex to understand - and hardly accessible to people who are on their phone. - I find it globally uneasy, not intuitive, and expensive, and I will go back to Zoom and GMeet in general, Teams for corporates.

G2 ★★★★★Livestorm changed their pricing model, which increased my fee by THOUSANDS of dollars
What they like: It has been a user friendly platform, and speakers like it. What they dislike: How could I possible recommend a company that decides the annual renewal is going to change to a different subscription model, and tells me not a month before the renewal is up, when I have more than 25 events scheduled and having been promoting? Then, when I asked to extend my current contract by 6 months to give me time to analyze this, they refused. They said the minimum renewal is 12 months. I was forced to renew with them for 12 months because I could not afford to lose those 25 events I had already scheduled and promoted that run through September. What company does this kind of thing? How did they notify me? An email that said "your current offer is about to expire." We've been a customer for 3 years. I had to email multiple times to find out what that sentence meant. Their new pricing model charges per "active contact" - which means they charge for registrants, not just attendees. I had to purchase additional active contacts in a package of 1,500 contacts for $1,875. That is $1.25 per new registrant for our webinars. Other webinar platforms that charge for contacts charge for actual attendees, not registrants, and they charge 12.5 CENTS per attendee. Livestorm charges 10 times more than what other companies charge, PLUS they charge for registrants not attendees. At the rate they I have had to purchase additional contacts, Livestorm is turning out to be more expensive than On24 (which is the gold standard for a webinar platform). And Livestorm is nowhere near as sophicated as On24. Livestorm is a terrible compay, terrible customer service. I don't know who the genius there is that decided to rip everyone off with this new pricing model -- but my message to that person is that you are going to lose customers.

G2 ★★★★★Started out as great, new pricing and communication went downhill
What they like: Modern and simple UI with the ability to send 2,000 email invitations in bulk. Overall, decent tool. What they dislike: The video quality on the live experience isn't great when you have multiple speakers from different countries. The main concern is their communication to upsell us to include a simple SF integration - This has been terrible. Aside from it being a significant price hike, we were also told we had to pay extra for their new MAC (Monthly Active Contacts) pricing model - definitely have to watch out for this as prices can get expensive, VERY quickly. We were also told mixed information over a pricing call vs email, only to be told there were mistakes in the pricing offered over email. Very disappointed with how that was handled.

G2 ★★★★★Worst onboarding experience ever
What they like: Software looks good and features play well with integrations and other systems. Have previously never had any issues with lag or otherwose. What they dislike: Their system for registering new webinar attendees if you exceed your limits is worst in the game. Say you have a free account (30 attendees) or a paid one with 100 and you go over? Does the person get added to the signup? No Do you get a fast notification? No Do the support help you find them again? No So basically if you waste a ton of money on advertising and brand credibility if one of the above things happen.

G2 ★★★★★Just hard to use both for audience as well as those delivering webinar
What they like: The thing I like best about LiveStorm is we won't be using it for much longer What they dislike: How much time do I have? - We have never had a webinar or dry-run where someone didn't have an issue logging in - to the point where we had to set up a new dry-run webinar or use someone else's login - We have had webinar playbacks crash with hundreds of attendees watching (yeah - pretty embarrassing - and the LiveStorm team took days to respond with an equally disappointing response) - A significant number of our audience never gets the LiveStorm confirmation emails (gets caught in spam filters) - Not as intuitive as other webinar platforms (especially the removing and adding yourself from the streams) - Any virtual background is mirrored, so it looks backwards to you but the right way to everyone else (which has to be explained every time we use it)

G2 ★★★★★Unstable makes me worry
What they like: The webinar environment UI seems friendly, and the options to answer the attendees' questions in both chat, Q&A box, and live. The system provides a lot of statistics, which will allow you to understand who attended the webinar and what were the focus questions during the show. This gives you many options to perform follow-ups, especially if you are using a webinar as a LEAD GEN hook. Even though I don't fully like the platform, I truly believe that this could be an amazing product with some honing. What they dislike: Even though Livestorm has a friendly UI, it is not a product I would recommend to someone. There are a lot of unknowns, and I experienced a lot of technical difficulties when hosting a webinar. The system deleted our event due to a technical bug, and it was impossible to reproduce the previously prepared prerecording during several rehearsals. The level of anxiety before the event started was tremendous as we had no idea if something would go wrong. Once your subscription expires, they remove all the information related to your past events, or at least that is what I am experiencing, which is a bit lame. With that in mind, the pricing should also be more flexible.

G2 Rated 0.5/5Good Promise very appalling Product
What they like: Ease of use and online web interface is definitely the best feature of this app What they dislike: Very low conversion rates on webinar landing page! Very little custom personalization can be done on the subscription page Option to accept only professional emails made us lost subscribers of a listed company !! Listed company that had a domain nothing to do with public webmail domain. Voice quality when presenting a webinar with two users was catastrophic, the cause was not a connectivity issue but a bug with Livestorm that made it impossible to have two presenters have their mics on ! Chat notifications are on by default for the speakers resulting in an inaudible echo... Initial complaint was brushed of as a technical error. Someone did call us to apologize and offer us a "compensation" only if we subscribed for one year ! Second support ticket was greeted with a message telling us their team was on a skiing holiday... Last support ticket is still un-answered, whilst they imply that the sound issue was coming from our connectivity issue while the facts show that this is not the case. This is a beta product, would definitely not recommend this app for a business webinar !

G2 ★★★★★Fails us when we need it most
What they like: Admin tasks like scheduling reoccurring webinars and seeing registrants are easy. It is a fairly easy tool to pick up and learn quickly - the UI is nice. I also like the high-level insights given about registrants, watch time, events, etc. What they dislike: While the tool isn't bad, there have been many bugs and outages during our time as a customer. We have had our webinars abruptly end in the middle of them or the tool be down when we are about to host. Also, some functionalities like sending a recording of the webinar to attendees via email have not actually happened even though we set it up.

G2 ★★★★★Confusing interface
What they like: I could not find a single thing about it to like. Sorry! What they dislike: The UI is very poorly designed and confusing and I could barely figure out how to use it. During the event, the screen sharing only allows you to share one window so if you need to switch windows you have to "unshare" then "reshare." You must use it in browser and it must be in Chrome. The overall aesthetic of the platform is dated and bland. I was dissapointed that my company partner switched from Lu.ma to Livestorm--big downgrade. I hope they improve.

G2 ★★★★★A cleaner more expensive version of Demio
What they like: The platform is reliable and interface is clean. What they dislike: Strange pricing model (contacts per month over registrants or attendees. Seems like a way to charge more and deliver less) Not designed for B2C clients CTAs are byzantine Sales and support are not well connected (communications issues) Poor analytics/metrics Hubris

G2 ★★★★★Meh platform for conducting webinars
What they like: Generally speaking, Livestorm has all the features one may need while conducting online webinars. The UI is quite fast and runs even on old PCs, you can seamlessly share your screen or a presentation directly, there is a chat, there are polls, the service tracks the attendees and their watch ratio etc. What they dislike: The "output" quality on the stream of my camera varied. Some attendees experienced lower quality of the stream.

G2 ★★★★★Good tool, poor and inflexible account management
What they like: good functionality, web-native approach, good value form money, stable product and good licensing structure What they dislike: inflexible CSM, continued contact from their marketing team after requesting they'd stop contacting me after we moved on from the solution, won't accept that we don't need Livestorm after we've moved to another product that better fits our IT landscape

G2 ★★★★★Not close enough to zoom :(
What they like: The professional landing page to register users, the ability to view users beforehand, the auto recording What they dislike: No background noise muffling, the background blurring shows so much background (especially if I move haha), so much slower than zoom (screen sharing doesn't work on certain networks even when it does work on zoom), the chat vs questions section differences aren't intuitive, can't give a quick link (users must register)

G2 ★★★★★Don' t subscribe to Livestorm!!!
What they like: The design is modern and easy to understand. What they dislike: - SO many technical problems that enable your webinar to go right - Zero customer service - Very expensive and no flexibility in pricing plans... if a 250 people webinar is only needed for one month you have to pay for the entire year!

G2 Rated 0.5/5Above average tool for webinars
What they like: I had a poor account management experience with Livestorm. They have made it extremely hard to cancel the subscription by burying crucial information in fine print. What they dislike: Bugs here and there. Would be great to have more automation and be able to connect the tool with our CRM platform of choice.

G2 ★★★★★Best Meeting software
What they like: I think this one of the promising video conferencing softwares available in the market right now.Very easy to use and management system is also convenient for the user in every case. What they dislike: I think the interface should be more user friendly.Price is quite high compared to other softwares available in the market. So the development team should be more careful about it.

G2 Rated 2.5/5Good Intentions, Average Experience
What they like: Works as an alternative to dominant platforms. What they dislike: The division in roles, with a “stage”, makes for a suboptimal experience, in several ways. For instance, participants can’t get the full display name of other participants though organizers can. Often makes for awkward situations. The recordings require signing in using an email address, greatly decreasing sharing opportunities.

G2 ★★★★★Awkward interface, lacks features
What they like: It's fine, but I do strongly prefer Zoom's interface, features, and ease. What they dislike: Cannot use a pointer, which is a key aspect of my teaching. See my picture even when in full-screen - extraordinarily distracting. Have to watch that cursor is in the window, so arrow keys on the keyboard will work.
